The company has 17 professional employees located in seven countries. The revenue is approximately NOK 150 mill with an expectation of a significant growth. 

About the position

We are now looking for a CEO to continue the success and expand the growth. The position reports to the board of the company and is located in Oslo, but requires the ability to extensive travel.

This role requires the ability to influence and inspire others and being a driving force for market development. We are seeking an ambitious candidate with strong leadership skills and solid business acumen.

Areas of responsibility

·P&L responsibility for Ping Communication Group
·Develop and communicate vision, ideology and strategy for Ping Communication. Ensure that your team complies with rules and ethical guidelines. Implement the strategy, budget and go to market models
·Ensure that the company has a competent team capable of assuming responsibility and with complementary skills and qualifications. Be a role model and lead by example
·Maintain and develop good relations with the most important customers, partners and prospects. Focusing on the customer and their requirements is crucial
·Accelerate organic growth in the priority markets
·Committed to the sourcing and procurement processes
·Assess manufacturing offers, conduct negotiations and execute cost/benefit analysis
·Identify and implement improvements in processes and tasks
·Present the company's results according to applicable reporting procedure
·Present cases for and participate in all board meetings

Qualifications

·Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, or equivalent.
·Strong technical interest
·Successful track record in business development and experience preferably from the  IT or telecom industry
·International experience
·Hands-on leadership skills. Motivates and empowers others in order to reach organisational goals
·Fluent in English
·Solid planning and project management skills
·Understanding of markets and customer needs, commercially oriented and an experienced negotiator
·Ambitious, pro-active and able to take initiative and responsibility. Result oriented
·Ability to work in a fast paced multicultural environment with multiple concurrent priorities
·Good presentation and communications skills
