This is a rare and exciting role for someone looking to take the next career step, in a fast paced and ever-changing marketing role for a new start-up online business.
As a Digital Marketing Lead you will be responsible for using all marketing channels and product development to identify the most efficient ways to grow a true global service on a proprietary digital platform. You are hungry, analytical and creative, and have growth hacking as a mindset. You will focus on brand building, conversion rates and UX in a B2B market, where both customers and partners are vital.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the brand platform and overall communication strategy
- Lead all digital marketing activity across SEO, PPC and email marketing
- Plan segmentation and targeting of customers and partners worldwide
- Run promotions with relevant content and A/B-testing to optimize conversion rates and acceptance
- Develop, run and analyze client and partner surveys
- Evaluate and select tools for digital promotion, surveys and marketing
- Build, test and optimize campaign specific landing pages and user journey flows
- Take co-ownership in the website and develop functionality, design and content
- Work with the development team to make sure that all marketing driven changes are applied efficiently
Essential Skills and Experience
- Broad digital marketing experience for fast growing SaaS/onlineservices
- Experience working in a start-up or for fast growing B2B/B2C publishing or ecommerce services/companies is an advantage
- Hands-on experience managing paid social media/PPC, content marketing/blogging and SEO
- Experience from leading people in teams and projects
- You will be someone who strives to be up-to-date with digital marketing tools and has a strong focus on ROI
- Excellent presentation and communication skills - also in writing
- You must be fluent in English. Norwegian is not mandatory
