Do you want to lead and develop a most valuable, important and critical competence area in EVRY and make it the most value-creating in the industry? We are now seeking a visionary and strategic-thinking manager to develop and lead our ambitious improvement plan within this highly critical competence area for EVRY. The SW Procurement (SWP) and SW Asset Management (SAM) resources in EVRY have recently been combined into one team, and organized as part of Group Procurement. Group Procurement improves EVRY's financial performance by reducing and avoiding cost, and by optimizing procurement processes and tools. We aim to be a reliable business partner for the line of business, contributing to EVRY's competitive advantage and growth. The department comprises around 20 employees, and has a corporate wide scope. Group Procurement is characterized by focus on continuous improvement and highly competent employees that are target-oriented and collaborative. The SWP and SAM team comprises 13 employees, both on-shore and off-shore. The team is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of SAM, from need definition, through procurement to usage optimization. The team is also responsible for delivering SAM-services to several key customers, and support in pre-sales processes. SW is a strategic purchasing category for EVRY, with annual spend above 800 MNOK and critical impact on deliveries to our customers. The role You will be overall responsible for the value creation within the SW-category and the competence area. The objective is to optimize the total cost of supply within the category and deliver industry-leading SAM-services to customers and internally. You will be reporting to Head of Procurement in EVRY. Specific responsibilities for this position:

Lead the team and develop competencies in the team
Develop and implement SW-category strategies, with support from the Category Managers in the team
Lead the development, implementation, management and continuous improvement of SAM-services to support the business and meet customer needs.
Drive implementation, improvement and effectivization of tools and processes within area of responsibility.
Supervise the organizations response to SW vendor audit or license validation requests.
Assure that the team work closely with key stakeholders to support procurement, pre-sales, innovation and delivery processes across EVRY

Qualifications We are seeking an ambitious leader with SWcompetence, preferably within both SW Procurement and SW Asset Management practices. Candidates with experience in one of the two competence-areas will also be considered. Professional experience:

3-5 years experience of SW Procurement and/or SW Asset Management and team leadership
Master's degree, within Business Administration, Law, Economics or Engineering/Technology
Project management experience from complex projects
High level of business understanding and a commercial mindset
Experience with SW Asset Management processes and tools
Analytical skills, able to deploy various analysis techniques, quality assure and interpret results

The position will be based at EVRY HQ, Fornebu, Norway. Some travel will be required, mainly within the Nordic countries.
