General Manager

CGM has been a long-standing leading provider of electronic patient records in the primary healthcare sector in Norway. CGM Norway has recently been through a transformation and is now investing and strengthening the organization in order to become a more efficient and important player in the market.

As GM, your main tasks will be to secure the grounds for further growth by creating organizational stability, ensuring quality in deliveries, further developing existing business and generating new profitable growth into new segments within the healthcare sector. It is critical for new GM to strategically support sales department with sales strategy, navigating the political scene, build networks and climbing the costumer ladder.

The right candidate holds higher education, 5 years of commercial management experience and solid experience from change processes. The candidate we are looking for has solid experience from IT / IS solutions in the health sector and has an entrepreneurial spirit. On a personal level, you are curious, commercially driven, engaging and triggered by an exciting change-journey of strategic and operational responsibility. You are a good role model for your employees and inspire through the vision of creating, commitment to change and development with good interactions.
