Local Product Group (LPG) Manager, Grid Integration Service

We are offering a position as a Local Product Group (LPG) Manager, Grid Integration Service at ABB AS, in Oslo. In this position you will implement the global strategy for Service in Norway as well as lead the local team to meet the financial growth targets within your area of responsibility. We have a comprehensive service portfolio on the global level, providing lot of opportunities to grow by adapting and deploying it in the local Norwegian market.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mind-set and strong focus on customers and sales. In Service success is accomplished through our people, thus competence development and people management need to be close at heart. You are a dynamic leader, both able to lead the team when that is required and coach / motivate people to make them grow in your environment.

We require a B.Sc. in engineering, business or another related field and several years of business and people management experience. Preferably with good technical understanding and genuine interest for Power Transmission & Distribution and T&D Utility customers. We appreciate several years’ experience in service and/or maintenance. General management experience is essential incl. solid understanding of key business metrics and financials. You have proven record of delivering results, have high integrity, and put safety first always. Excellent communication skills and a good command of Norwegian and English are required.

The position is located in Oslo, and involves some travel activities, mainly in Norway
