Investor Relations – Business Development

Glamox now wishes to strengthen the Finance and Business Development function with a management consultant/ analyst. This new position will report to the CFO, but will also be involved in business development activities. We are looking for an ambitious and independent person, who will work on some of the key activities and projects in the group. The position will be based at Glamox' head office in Oslo.

Tasks

• Support the CFO with investor relations: Quarterly reports, capital markets and presentations, financial development analyses, maintenance   of investor relations web page
• Support the CFO in other areas; Finance, ICT and Corporate Governance/Compliance
• Support the Business Development Director in projects within business development, M&A and internal improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, preferably in finance, business administration or technology
• 2-3 years experience from investor relations, corporate finance, equity analysis, management consulting or other relevant areas
• Experience with financial analysis, business cases and valuation
• Fluent speaking and writing in Norwegian and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint
