We seek a high performing Senior Business Analyst to work in our professional implementation team in Trondheim, delivering our Energy Components software to our customers internationally.

You will take on key roles in our global projects:

Facilitating and leading workshops with clients, for the purpose of analysing and gathering user requirements and documenting business processes.
Analysis of business requirements and presentation of findings in clear and concise documentation including gap analysis, identification of risks, dependencies and recommendations for process improvement.
Developing and documenting 'As Is' and 'To Be' process maps in compliance with enterprise process mapping standards.
Configuring Energy Components to meet business requirements.
Designing and documenting test scripts to ensure functional design meet all business requirements.
(Junior) Project management, ideally in the information technology sector, including management of small teams (2 – 5 members) through the entire project life cycle. Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies is desirable.

Desired Skills and Experience:

5+ years of Oil & Gas (Upstream and/or Midstream) Domain experience.
Experience in business process modelling and requirements analysis.
Having strong sense of ownership, self-driven and ambitious
Willing to work in a highly complex environment
Have a strong desire to learn and adapt new skills, tools and technologies
Able to cooperate with business stakeholders at multiple levels in an organization
As a person you are clear communicator (written and verbal)
Speak fluently Norwegian and English
Able to work in multi-cultural set up
Able to work in a team and to network
Able to start with minimum information and proactively gain knowledge
Have a positive attitude
Technical competences in Oracle database (PL/SQL) and Java programming are desirable
Experienced in team lead roles or (junior) project management roles
