We are looking for Customer Service Agents, Translators,and Team Leaders to move and work in Malta!

Norwegian Customer Care Advisors 
We are looking for experienced, hungry and driven individuals who already have great knowledge and experience from working within Customer Services. Quite frankly, we want the best, and we want you! You will be part of a team of young and driven individuals like yourself. We’d like you to set high goals and to challenge yourself in your work, but we also invite you to enjoy your work and your leisure on the warm and sunny island of Malta.

Requirements for this position

  • Fluent in Norwegian
  • Helping our customers via email and live chat.
  • Taking ownership of ongoing cases in order to ensure they are resolved with the absolute highest level of quality.
  • Actively contributing towards improving existing internal processes, developing new ideas and concepts in order to improve our internal workflow as well as contributing towards the positive environment within the company.
  • Analysing previous communication to optimise quality and productivity.
  • Processing of pay-outs and investigating potential bonus abuse, anti-fraud, and risk management.
  • Creation, co-ordination and monitoring of ongoing bonus campaigns.
  • Actively report internally to direct manager and various partners with details and feedback on what is occurring in the various markets amongst our many partners.
  • Staying well informed on ongoing issues as well as changes in order to proactively meet the challenges ahead to deliver a service of the absolute highest level of quality.

Norwegian Translator
We are looking for experienced, hungry and driven individuals who already have great knowledge and experience from working within Translation. Quite frankly, we want the best, and we want you! You will be part of a team of young and driven individuals like yourself. We’d like you to set high goals and to challenge yourself in your work, but we also invite you to enjoy your work and your leisure on the warm and sunny island of Malta.
You will be responsible for translating, proofreading and creating content for online and offline use such as promotions, newsletters, banners, web content and articles.  

Requirements for this Position

  • Translate written text from English to Norwegian (or vice versa)
  • Proofread, edit and finalise content
  • Create innovative content for the Betway website, newsletters, promotions and banners
  • Priorities work to meet deadlines ? Monitor and optimise the Norwegian website
  • Contribute to improve the Norwegian sports campaigns
  • Liaise with various internal departments to ensure content consistency and readability
  • Utilise computer assisted translation and terminology tools as well as standard office automated software
  • Create and explore different writing techniques and tools to reach target audience
  • Work on adhoc projects, making use of skills and knowledge areas
  • Other administrative duties related to the role ?

Nordic speaking Head of Customer Support
We are looking for experienced, hungry and driven individuals who already have great knowledge and experience working as a head of customer support or team leader. Quite frankly, we want the best, and we want you! You will be part of a team of young and driven individuals like yourself. We’d like you to set high goals and to challenge yourself in your work, but we also invite you to enjoy your work and your leisure on the warm and sunny island of Malta.
As Head of Customer Support, you will develop and devise a strong customer service strategy that supports the long-term vision and growth of the Company. You will manage, coach and mentor the Customer Support Agents to ensure that the business delivers a high-level customer experience to our casino and lottery customers.

Requirements for this position

  • Leadership/Team Leader experience within a customer service department in the iGaming sector;
  • Have a deep understanding of setting and measuring KPI's - both in terms of service levels and individual performance of respective Team Leaders;
  • Adequate understanding of financial metrics, including departmental budget setting and cost management;
  • In-depth knowledge of responsible gaming regulations and best practices;
  • Well-developed leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and train junior staff members.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Develop and implement a strong customer service strategy to support our short, medium and long term growth;
  • Manage a team of Customer Support Agents and their respective teams to make sure we obtain exceptional service across different brands;
  • Develop, implement, maintain and enforce departmental policies and procedures;
  • Set clear KPI’s and SLA’s for the CS Agents and ensuring that these are met;
  • Anticipate and evaluate risks in the department;
  • Develop staffing plans in line with the Company’s vision and provide insight on training needs to constantly improve service levels;
  • Work on bonus, reward and incentive schemes to make sure they are competitive within the market;
  • Facilitate a smooth communication flow between customer service and all other departments;
  • Propose improvements to existing customer service tools in order to increase efficiency;
  • Enhance internal and external service communication.
  • Forecast and analyse data against budget;
