Norwegian/Swedish/Danish Speaking IT Customer Service Representatives

FOR OUR OFFICE IN BUDAPEST, HUNGARY we are looking for First Level Service Desk Support Representatives for the Norwegian/Swedish/Danish speaking employees of our current clients, mostly in the manufacturing sector. Our team is working on exciting projects with new team members on 3+ support languages. When you join our team you will act as a first point of contact for the employees and respond to and document incoming queries.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end user calls and web queries
- Act as the first point of contact for the customer
- Precise administration
- Act as a primary contact between customer and resolving group
- Keep the user informed, own and follow up ongoing cases
What we require:
- High level/Native Norwegian or Swedish or Danish and upper-intermediate English language skills
- Experience in customer service is an advantage but not a must
- Experience in IT Help Desk is an advantage but not a must (we provide you with IT related trainings)
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible, open-minded personality and a "can do" attitude
- No need for IT knowledge
