Work description

We are looking for a broadcast expert with in depth experience from streaming video and broadcast workflows to strengthen our team. You must be passionate about online broadcasting and believe you can make a difference to the future of Television. A passion for sports is a real benefit since you will be working with one of the most game changing technologies within sports broadcasting.

As our new VP Streaming Technology you will be working on product development that is mission critical for our clients. Our main focus of interest is the Multiscreen TV market, where we bridge the gap between regular TV and on demand content with our game changing product line Ease by Sixty. Our designs and implementations are already in use by millions.

In this position you will be able to use your industry knowledge to drive technical sales process within our rapidly growing global customer base. The Candidate will be working closely with our Business development team, and our VP Interactive Broadcast Technology reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer.

The Commercial team work in close cooperation with our R&D team on product development to set the future ambitions for the Sixty roadmap. The Commercial team in Sixty oversees all product and services sales pipelines, sales documentation, market development, marketing & communication strategies, key account management, as well as Sixty Alliance Partnership Program.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience working with Streaming Solutions/OTT.
Ability to handle complex specifications and develop consistent solutions
Experience in programming JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5 / SVG
Fluent English speaker. Spanish would be a great plus.

Sixty's main office is located 60 degrees north in Bergen Norway. For this specific position, we want to hire the best person for the job and prefer to have you join the team in Bergen. Since 20% of our company works remotely we are open to discuss such a solution after at least a year at the head office.
