As Academy Services Manager Nordics you will be responsible for engaging and managing relationships with key business units, understand the learning needs, facilitate integrated learning plan generation, focus on performance consulting and improve awareness and visibility of Academy solutions and services. You would be in charge of implementing learning aligned to Cognizant's Career Architecture.
 
Key activities:

• Face-to-face or conference meetings, in addition to presentations for Business Unit (BU) leadership and other stakeholders
• Town Halls (internal employee meetings) at key accounts – associate engagement
• Generate/respond to the needs - Requirements gathering and alignment of learning to BU goals
• Prepare BU specific learning plans and drive compliance
• Drive key learning initiatives in respective BU-domain learning, role-specific certifications, etc.
• Drive High-end and strategic Account specific learning interventions

 
Support activities:

• You will also be required to provide operational on the ground support for learning interventions delivered onsite in active collaboration with the Academy cross functional teams
• Deliver presentations to internal/external customers when needed
