We are looking for Operation and Maintenance Engineer - Consultant

Cervino Consulting is looking for Operation and Maintenance Engineer Consultants. Are you or have you previously worked with maintenance in the railway, defense, oil and gas or the airline industry? We are looking for you who have knowledge and experience from working with maintenance processes, MRO/ERP maintenance systems such as IBM Maximo, SAP, M3, AMOS or Maintenix, and different projects within maintenance organizations.

Qualifications

You are interested in being part of or managing projects, performing analyses, creating and developing efficient processes and realizing the benefits of this through new processes and production systems. You are very experienced with maintenance processes and systems and have the ability to see the assignment through the customers’ business and needs.

Experience and Qualification desired, but not required:

·           MRO businesses within aircraft, railway, defense, shipping, oil & gas, marine, offshore or similar industries

·           MRO/ERP systems or other maintenance systems

·           RAMS and WCM

·           RCM/FMECA analyses, LCC assessments

·           Asset management and optimization/planning of maintenance

·           Leading or participating in process efficiency and business development programs with use of LEAN, Six Sigma or similar

·           PMP, Prince2 or similar project management certificates (documented practical experience could substitute formal certificate)

·           Digital solutions within maintenance 

Education desired:

·           Master or Bachelor degree within engineering, maintenance or similar (documented work experience could substitute formal education)

·           Certification in maintenance – EFNMS (European Federation of National Maintenance Societies)
