We are in the process of strengthening our global center of competence (CoC) for extrusion and forming of aluminium profiles in Raufoss, Norway. We are therefore looking for a:
Leader of global CoC Aluminium Extrusion & Profile Forming
Area of Responsibility:
- Drive global and regional CoC strategy in alignment with the global manufacturing Engineering strategy
- Responsible for regional and global projects
- Drive the aluminium learning environment through networks and expert circles
- Enable our organisation to continuously drive innovation and improvements of products and related production processes and equipment
- Define standards and benchmarks globally based on best practice
- Lead the CoC team functionally and disciplinary
- Train CoC specific topics on a global level
You should have the following qualifications:
- Master degree or Ph.D. in relevant technical area
- Extensive experience (minimum 10 year) within extrusion and forming of aluminium profiles
- Experience within the automotive industry
- Leadership experience
- Experience in working in and international setting and ability to work in teams
- Good English skills are required
