Technical Superintendent(s)

Main tasks:

• Be the main responsible for keeping dedicated vessels operated and maintained in a safe, efficient and economical way
• Participate in continues improvement of systems used in office and onboard
• Ensure high quality on technical and safety performance of the ship
• Contribute to build a strong safety culture through good leadership in accordance with company values and policies
• Plan, supervise and follow-up dry docking and repair
• Prepare, monitor and follow up ships budget and ensure good cost control
• The position reports to Technical Manager.

Qualifications:

• Experience from similar positions and/ or as Chief Engineer or 2nd Engineer
• Education within Marine Engineering will be considered
• Good knowledge of tanker vessels is preferred
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Good teamwork and leadership skills
• Solution oriented and good technical understanding
