Overall responsible for management, development and motivation of about 400 seafarers and to work closely with department leaders and the Crew Management company to support excellent safety and performance in all ships operations.
Responsible for execution of all duties related to the HR function in our Office in Bergen, supporting department leaders in personnel related issues, providing necessary directions and to ensure company compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
