Airline Partner Service Manager

The Airline Partner Service Manager for Egencia in Norway/Denmark will work closely with the EMEA Air Partner Service Team to develop values and marketing action plans for partner suppliers and Egencia, secure full content on product and services to meet Egencia's customer demands on air and car product areas.

Area of responsibility:

  • Drive business and marketing plans to support Egencia revenue targets.
  • Communicate on the local preferred supplier strategy to key business lines (AM, CS, Sales, Marketing, etc.).
  • Help preferred suppliers to navigate through the local Egencia organization.
  • Develop and execute market initiatives to optimize Egencia preferred supplier mix Monitor preferred supplier performance monthly through key KPIs.
  • Markets in scope: Denmark and Norway.

Qualifications:

  • Strong sales skills, ability to sell value and work in a partnership mode.
  • Five years relevant experience - preferably from airline or similar
  • Number driven with ability to create dashboards.
  • Excellent commercial and presentation skills.
  • Articulate, self-confident starter.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with the relevant teams.
  • Fluent in one Scandinavian language and English
  • Knowledge of the travel and airline industries
  • Graduate Management level
