Senior Business Controller-Norway

At very exciting times we are
searching for our Senior Business Controller in Norway. The Position reports
directly to the Scanbalt Regional Finance Manager and in matrix to Country
Manager Norway as an essential role in the Norwegian management team.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will:

• Proactively build and maintain influential
  and collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders acting as a
  partner in the business; focused on effective decision support on sales,
  margins, cost bases, KPI, investments and acquisitions.
• Work with the business teams in the
  development of local business strategies and actionplans, identifying financial
  and business priorities arising from organizational objectives, proactively
  identifying opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Pricing analysis and support, including
  models for pricing, list discounts and the cost of working capital.
• Encourage and assist managers to drive
  commercial and operational excellence.
• Dedicated business partner for the Country
  Manager & in the Scanbalt Finance team.
• Report financial key figures and details
  on performance to Regional Finance on monthly basis

Expected skills and Experiencet:

• Master degree in finance or equivalent
• Professional Accounting Qualification, business
  acumen from similar businesses, several year’s progressive experience,
  experience within a multinational environment
• Skilled SAP and Excel user
• Experience of analytical tools such as business
  warehouse
• Capable of motivating and leading talented
  individuals.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
