Integration Support Specialist for one of Europes fastest growing technology companies

Due to our continuous growth, we are now searching for an Integration Support Specalist for a full-time position at our office in Oslo. As an Integration Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build skills and experience to become the foremost expert on the Fronter Integration Platform. In this position, you will be part of the Itslearning Global Support team, making sure that we deliver world-class support to our Fronter customers. Daily tasks include third-line technical support, participation in integration projects, as well as assisting all our international offices/subsidiaries and partners, to succeed with the implementation and support of technical system integrations.

As an Integration Support Specialist you will have the following responsibilities:

• Technical support and problem analysis focusing mainly on integrations (student administrative systems, XML, PHP, Web services)
• Collaboration with other departments (development teams, product, operations, 2nd line)
• Reproduce, verify and describe reported deviances (bug reports)
• Participate in major integration projects as required
• Training and documentation for partners and local service organizations on our integrated technologies, processes and customer delivery
• Develop appropriate processes within the responsibility area
• Work with the Global Integration Services Manager and Global Support Team Lead to coordinate activities across the enterprise regarding integrations
• Develop automated processes where beneficial
• Emergency phone responsibility (work hours, rotation)

We are seeking an experienced Integration Support Specialist with the following qualifications:

• Relevant education and/or industry experience
• Technical Document writing
• Strong SQL knowledge and skills (preferably MySQL)
• Strong Linux/nix environment experience
• PHP knowledge and experience
• Focus on fulfilling customers’ needs and expectations
• A highly structured and analytical profile
• Solution oriented and accurate
• Must be fluent in English

Desirable experience:

• A background in customer support
• Debugging experience (xdebug)
• Scripting experience (e.g. python, javascript, php, perl etc.)
• SSO solutions - especially SAML-based standards
