Jr Business Controller

Due to maternity leave, a 10 months assignment as Jr Business Controller is available. The main responsibility will be to assist a global Controlling team, spread on different locations wordwide. The role will report to Director of Controlling.

Responsibilities

• Financial and Business performance measurement
• Management Reporting and Analysis within areas of responsibility
• Prepare presentations, reports and analysis both on regular and ad hoc basis for the management
• Identify growth opportunities and risk areas, analyze trends and patterns to support decision making and support profitable growth
• Ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

• University graduate at bachelor or master level in the field of Finance
• 2-3 years relevant experience in Controlling and Management Reporting
• Experience with business analysis preferably in a global business environment
• Excellent PC user experience and high level Excel skills
• Experience with working within a team across countries and continents

• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Organized, practical, with strong drive and initiative
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal - adaptable to different cultures
