Commissioning Manager S 16621

Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a Commissioning Manager.

Job responsibilities:

• Be familiar with the projects procedures and routines.
• Participate in various meetings, HSE, engineering, plan, offshore, interface, etc.
• Use experience from earlier project for implementation of LEAN as improvement agenda.
• High focus on HSE in planning and commissioning phase. Responsible for Commissioning activities and follow up.
• Follow up in preparation of project plans.
• Follow up that necessary assistance from operation is implemented in SAP work orders.
• Follow up that necessary input is given to OPS group on upcoming Project activities offshore.
• Follow up work orders in SAP according AO plan.
• Follow up Contractor in definition of boundary on P&ID’s for commissioning packages.
• Follow up Contr. Comm. Lead in dividing the scope of work into relevant comm. packages.
• Follow up Contr. Comm. Lead in establish of Comm. plan.
• Follow up, coordinate and review Comm. procedures.
• Follow up all Comm. activities in Procosys.
• Follow up that necessary MC and Comm. information in work orders are implemented in Procosys and SAP.
• Follow up that Comm. work orders have correct planned dates and duration in SAP
• Monitor and follow up all planning activities prior to offshore mobilisation.
• Follow up routines and administrative descriptions for offshore execution phase.
• Follow up and participate in offshore readiness review.
• Follow up demolishing, installation and commissioning during offshore phase.

Your qualifications:

• 10 years of experience from offshore projects within commissioning Extensive commissioning knowledge
• Good knowledge to Statoil systems, ARIS, TR, Docmap and STID.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Good knowledge of the Project Completion System (Procosys).
• Related field or equivalent education / experience.
• The holder of the role will have a track record of project and HSE excellence with previous experience in, fabrication, installation and commissioning.
• Knowledge of North Sea design principles and standards, and in particular with Norwegian application, is required.
• Experience in Norwegian brownfield project engineering, construction and commissioning.
