Tech savvy with an interest in banking/finance systems?
TOMRA is using Nomentia as our cash & treasury in-house banking system, and to our Group IT function, we are seeking a banking/finance/tech-savvy junior solution specialist.
You role is to be our Nomentia application specialist, which means to be the first point of contact for business stakeholders on support topics. Through this work you will acquire knowledge about needs for training, and support in creating end-user training material as well as keeping operational documentation and guidelines up to date.
You will also be representing the technical side, when appointed, in projects affecting Nomentia.
Qualifications
- Tech-interest and tech-savvy.
- Previous knowledge of in-house banking(s) – Nomentia advantageous.
- Basic understanding of the finance application landscape and integrations.
- Experience with end-user training and creating end-user documentation.
- Experience with ticket resolution and end-user communication.
Additional Information
The role is based in the Asker-office (slightly south-west of Oslo), though being part of a global IT Support team. This may require some planned travelling, and outside normal work-hour meetings. TOMRA Group IT is practicing flexible working and encourage all our employees to ensure a good life balance.
