About the Role:

As a full-stack developer at Dynamon, you'll be working on a wide range of components of our tech stack, from front-end development (UI, validation, visualization), API integration, up to our backend core, ML data processing and AI model refinement. Most likely, emphasis will be on front-end and API development. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying new features, as well as maintaining and improving our existing codebase at multiple components of our tech-stack. Our Tech-Team Development Culture:

In Dynamon, we follow principles of agile software development with emphasis on test-driven development. We write tests first and we are always looking for a new way to verify our code. We also follow open-source-like development principles, writing readable code, documenting thoroughly, and following code-review steps. We are proficient in subversioning with Git, using techniques like rebasing, squashing, cherry-picking, and remote handling. As a team, we're problem detectors and solution providers, always looking for ways to improve our solution.

Lastly, we believe in being nice, easy-going folks with a good sense of humor.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a full-stack developer with a strong foundation in multiple areas of our tech stack.

• On the frontend, we need someone who is proficient in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and Rust, and has experience with libraries like React, React Native, or Flutter. Familiarity with modern frontend tech and standards like Deno 2.0, Webpack, WebAssembly, and WIT is also important. As a frontend developer, you'll be responsible for building fast, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces that provide a great user experience.

• For our API, we're looking for someone with experience in Java and Spring Boot, as well as knowledge of PostgreSQL, OpenAPI, and Swagger. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing RESTful APIs that are secure, scalable, and easy to maintain.

• On the core backend side, we need someone who is proficient in languages like Python and CP-SAT, and has experience with libraries like Hypothesis, Sphinx, and Flake. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the core logic of our application, ensuring that it is robust, stable, scalable, and reliable.

• In terms of DevOps and orchestration, we're looking for someone who is familiar with containerization using Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes, as well as messaging brokers. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our application is deployed and running smoothly in a variety of environments.
