Mechanical Engineer Additive Manufacturing (Bergen Office)

Additech is a Norwegian company within additive manufacturing (3D-printing) and rapid manufacturing services, located in Bergen and Stord. We help industrial companies enhance the performance of crucial components, enabling manufacturing of complex structures and materials for customized use. Offering end-to-end solutions for our customers with our expertise in design engineering and in-house quality printing machines.

Duties and what you will be doing:

• Develop new designs and modify parts for additive manufacturing

• Hands-on operation of various metal & polymer printers

• Follow up projects

• Technical documentation

• Providing customers with technical support/consultancy and training within the field of Additive Manufacturing

Qualifications:

• Vocational collage (fagskole) or BSc in mechanical engineering

• Work experience may compensate for educational background.

• Good knowledge of CAD

• Good knowledge of the various types of Additive Manufacturing (metal & polymer)

• Industrial experience is an advantage

• Workshop experience is an advantage

• Vocational certificate is an advantage
