Maran Shuttle Tankers (“MST”) is the shuttle tanker shipping unit of the Angelicoussis Group.

As part of our Finance & Accounting team, you will work closely with IT and finance colleagues across all regions to ensure our financial systems are reliable, improve processes, and drive system enhancements.

 Key Responsibilities

• Support or lead the daily management of financial systems and resolve integration or data issues.

• Maintain master data and manage user access controls.

• Build, improve, and automate reports and dashboards using Oracle ERP, Power BI, and other tools.

• Develop training materials and deliver sessions to global finance users.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audits.

• Participate in or lead projects for system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.

• Support future initiatives including a potential move to SAP, aligning with our group company.

Candidates must have

• A curious, proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and regions.

• Experience or strong interest in financial systems such as Oracle ERP, SAP, Power BI, Excel, SQL, and related technologies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.

• Experience in accounting, finance, financial reporting, or financial control (from entry level to 5+ years).

• Expert proficiency in MicroSoft products.

• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and APEX a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• High integrity, structured and analytical approach, with a hands-on attitude.

• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams is preferred.

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, SAP, eyeShare, OCS, NSe, or similar financial systems.

• Understanding of APIs, web services, integrations, and data interfaces.

• Experience with AI platforms is a plus.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests under deadlines.

Through the years, the shuttle tanker business was known as Navion, Teekay and Altera Shuttle Tankers until becoming a part of the Angelicoussis family in 2025. The Angelicoussis Group has a well established track record in shipping dating back to 1947.
