Concrete Solutions is an execution-oriented department with deep EPCI competence, focused on delivering high-quality marine concrete substructures for offshore wind, nearshore facilities, and aquaculture. From early conceptual design through detailed engineering and construction, the team integrates constructability methods and product ownership to ensure efficient, scalable, and locally adapted solutions. With a strong track record in international contracting and partnerships, Concrete Solutions leverages cross-functional resources and civil construction capabilities to differentiate itself in competitive markets.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Study Manager to lead and manage the early-stage technical studies and concept development of concrete offshore wind foundation solutions. This role is critical to ensuring that the foundation designs are technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with project timelines and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil or offshore structural engineering and experience managing multidisciplinary teams in the offshore wind industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility, concept, and pre-FEED studies for concrete offshore wind foundations (bottom fixed and floating)

• Manage internal and external technical teams, including consultants and contractors, to deliver high-quality study outcomes

• Develop and maintain study schedules, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with overall project objectives

• Coordinate with geotechnical, structural, installation, and fabrication specialists to ensure integrated foundation solutions

• Prepare and present study findings, options analysis, and recommendations to project leadership and stakeholders

• Stay informed on industry trends, standards, and technological innovations related to concrete offshore foundations

• Cooperate closely with BD to promote concrete substructure solutions towards Clients. Prepare technical market presentations as required

We think you should have:

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, Marine, or Offshore Engineering (or related discipline)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in offshore wind, with at least 3 years in a study or concept development role

• Good understanding of drivers for concrete solutions design for offshore wind foundation, and installation methods

• Proven track record of managing technical studies and interdisciplinary teams

• Familiarity with offshore wind project development phases and relevant standards

• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Working language is English – Norwegian language is an advantage

Desirable Skills

• Experience with floating foundation concepts and dynamic analysis

• Knowledge of offshore construction logistics and supply chain
