HydrogenPro is seeking a Technical Lead Engineer to serve as the key technical interface between our engineering teams and strategic partners. Reporting to the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in managing technical collaboration, supporting sales with deep engineering insights, and safeguarding HydrogenPro’s intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary technical liaison with our partners

• Perform technical due diligence on partnership equipment

• Support co-development initiatives and protect IPR

• Bridge Engineering and Sales teams with technical support, analysis and data

• Translate customer needs into technical specifications

• Deliver insights through the sales cycle and ensure smooth project handovers

• Promote safety and quality compliance across all operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience working with complex technologies

• Preferred: Hydrogen technology knowledge, fluency in English

• Advantage: knowledge of Chinese culture and language
