YOUR FUTURE ENVIRONMENT

Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Génie Civil, has won the design-build contract awarded by Statens Vegvesen, a company owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Transport, to build the new section of the E18-E39 urban motorway between Gartnerløkka and Kolsdalen in Kristiansand, Norway, at a cost of more than €234 million1 (NOK 2,755 million2).

The aim of the contract is to increase the capacity of the main interchange providing access to the city centre and port activities of the country's 6th largest city.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Ensure safe and efficient on-site operations
• Support site teams in applying Health & Safety Plans and procedures
• Monitor tools like Startbank, HMS reg, and Effera
• Conduct risk assessments and propose improvements
• Promote the Safety Force tool
• Identify trends in HSE data and report to site management
• Perform weekly site inspections
• Conduct audits and checks to flag risks and good practices
• Assist in incident and accident investigations
• Deliver safety inductions to employees, subcontractors, and visitors

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication skills in Norwegian
• Significant Health & Safety experience in construction or industry
