About the role
As Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth, efficient and high-quality kitchen operation. You’ll lead by example in both prep and service, support your teammates, and maintain high culinary and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the kitchen team during shifts
Ensure recipes, plating, and standards are followed
Maintain high hygiene levels (IK-mat/HACCP)
Coach and correct when needed – with a supportive attitude
Be a part of daily planning and team development
We’re looking for someone who:
Has minimum 2 years of kitchen experience (leadership experience is a plus, but not required!)
Speaks and understands English
Is structured, positive and dependable
Wants to grow as a leader and help others succeed
Has a clear “Yes I can!” mindset
