Your Role

As Finance Manager in our Automation, Energy and Integrated Systems division, you will:

• Consolidate, report and oversee financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly closes for one of our Business Units.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends and actionable insights.
• Partner with the Business Units leadership team, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Track and report on key KPIs, and deliver accurate ad-hoc analyses.
• Enhance financial controls, ensure compliance with IFRS/NGAAP, and drive process standardization.
• Support to develop our division's finance and project-controlling team, fostering a performance-driven culture.

What Were Looking For

• Education: Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant background, ideally in global project-driven environments, financial controlling or auditing. Leadership experience is a strong plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IFRS and local GAAP; experience with ERP systems (AX, BAAN, HFM) and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Personal Traits: Analytical, structured, business-oriented, and an effective communicator and collaboratorcomfortable working across cultures and functions.
• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Norwegian skills are an advantage but not mandatory.

Location: Kongsberg, Lysaker, Ålesund, Hjørungavåg, Sandefjord, Horten- any Kongsberg Maritime location can be considered (hybrid/flexible options available)
