🔍 About the Role

You’ll be part of our Customer Success team, where we help customers get up and running smoothly and support them when they need help. You’ll dig into customer issues, troubleshoot technical challenges, and collaborate across teams to ensure we deliver excellent service.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Guide customers through onboarding and setup

• Respond to support tickets and resolve customer issues

• Investigate technical problems and identify solutions

• Communicate clearly with customers via email and other channels

• Collaborate with developers and product teams when needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Basic tech troubleshooting skills

• Comfortable writing basic SQL queries for diagnostics

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — you can read and tweak frontend code

• Some experience with web development or supporting web-based platforms

• Strong written and verbal communication in English

• A service mindset — you care about solving problems for people

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or other ticketing systems
