We are looking to strengthen our Program Management team by hiring a Program Manager who will drive our products and service offerings from inception to delivery. In this role, you will act as a key internal and external point of contact for all program activities, and you’ll be responsible for developing executable program plans in collaboration with functional teams. You will be part of the Eggemoen Technology Center team, working alongside engineering experts and the global Program Management team, while closely collaborating with our Commercial division.

The ideal candidate has a technical background, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You should be able to see the big picture while also diving into technical details. Experience as a program or project manager or similar technical roles is preferred, but we’re open to less experienced candidates with the right attitude.

What your day looks like:

• Develop and align executable program plans that reflect customer expectations, technical capabilities, and production capacity

• Manage execution of the program plan, monitor performance, and track stakeholder satisfaction

• Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with customers and suppliers

• Serve as the primary customer representative for all program-related activities

• Advocate for the customer internally and represent the organization externally to ensure alignment and timely resolution of communication gaps

• Oversee program execution across the site’s project portfolio

• Promote a patient- and customer-centric culture within the team

We’re thrilled to find Candidates with:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant discipline

• Proven experience managing complex engineering or manufacturing programs or projects, ideally within commercial aerospace or other technical industries

• Experience in customer-facing roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information across all levels of the organization and tailor messaging to different audiences

• Experience with manufacturing qualification and production processes

• A strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and interpersonal skills
