The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager with a professional and positive attitude. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of AV/IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent project management skills including but not limited to:
  - Scope
  - Budget
  - Definition
  - Budget ownership
  - Ownership to projects within the Europe region
  - Timeline and resource management
• Strong stakeholder management
• Strong technical insight/ensuring technical feasibility
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Design and manage comprehensive project documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and clients

Qualifications & Skills:

• Relevant higher education
• 3+ years in technical project management
• PMP certification preferred
• CTS certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience within AV/IT industry is an advantage
• Able to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and schedules
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Service-oriented, flexible, and calm under pressure
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English (oral and written)
