Skilled Staff Wanted for Rotational Project in Mongstad (August-October)

Job Opportunity: Cooks, Canteen Staff & Cleaners - Rotation-Based Project in Mongstad (August-October, with Extension Possibilities)

On behalf of our client in Mongstad, we are looking for skilled and quality-conscious staff to join a rotational project running from August through October, with strong potential for extension.

We are hiring across Europe for the following positions:

• Cooks
• Canteen Assistants & Dishwashers
• Cleaners

Job Details:

• Rotation: 7 days on / 7 days off
• Travel, accommodation, and meals covered
• Start Date: August 2025
• Contract: Temporary, with good chances of extension
• Location: Mongstad, Norway

Assignments may vary in duration and may require short notice availability. As an on-call temp, you will enjoy a varied and dynamic workday with opportunities to gain experience and connect with several of our clients.

We are looking for flexible, service-minded individuals who thrive in different work environments and are open to different shifts.

Responsibilities (Depending on Role):

For Canteen Staff / Dishwashers:

• Assist with food preparation
• Cleaning and dishwashing duties
• Customer service and cash register operation

For Cleaners:

• General cleaning tasks in accordance with NS-INSTA 800 standards
• Use of cleaning machines and equipment
• Ensure high hygiene standards in shared facilities
• Qualifications:

Cooks:

• Experience from large-scale kitchens, hotels, or restaurants
• Certificate of apprenticeship in cooking (relevant experience can compensate)
• Knowledge of HACCP/IK-Mat and allergen labelling
• Good communication skills in a Nordic language or English
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and service-oriented attitude
