Process Engineer

• Assist operations in case of process problems

• Drive improvement work and be the owner of our long-term improvement processes; develop our equipment efficiency, process efficiency, and operational reliability. Approve changes. Report to Hysam on energy consumption and forecasts according to procedure.

• Responsible for the daily operation of the laboratory (analyses, maintenance, calibrations, purchasing of lab materials, lab instructions, instrument qualifications).

• Back up external and internal reports related to production and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment).

• Registration and dispatch of waste including hazardous waste (declaration to authorities)

• SAP roles: plant supply coordinator backup, logistics backup, Requester of indirect material SRM, capex reporting

• Roles in Enablon reporting: "Approver"

• ALPS role: Quality Statistics Engineer. Process owner: QCM

• Follow up on the quality system and product - Investigate and handle process deviations, quality deviations, and customer complaints

• Report on plant efficiency (OEE, OAU) and cost-effectiveness (VMC)

• Report in the OAM portal

• Prepare operational orders

• Daily reporting of process orders in MES

• Release tank for unloading
