Senior IT Technician – Oslo or Stockholm

About the Role
We are now looking to strengthen our IT department and are recruiting a proactive and experienced Senior IT Technician to join our team. The position can be based at our centrally located office in either Oslo or Stockholm.

In this role, you will be part of a cross-location team responsible for supporting and maintaining the firm’s IT infrastructure. You will contribute to the ongoing operation, documentation, and development of our systems, and take shared ownership of specific IT services.

The role includes participation in IT projects and providing daily support to users across all levels of the firm. Our environment is fast-paced, with high expectations for efficiency and quality, and we are looking for someone who enjoys both technical challenges and working closely with colleagues in a service-oriented role.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT operations and support roles

• Strong collaborative skills and a service-minded, pedagogical approach

• The ability to support users with varying levels of technical knowledge

• A positive attitude, patience, and the motivation to go the extra mile

Experience with the following technologies is considered an advantage:

• Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure / Entra, Active Directory and Windows Servers

• IT security best practices

• VMware and Veeam backup

• Network technologies (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto)

• ERP system (Maconomy)

• Document management system (iManage)
