Regional Sales Consultant

Hyundai Motor Norway is looking for a new colleague for the position of Regional Sales Consultant in the Department of Sales and Logistics. In this role, you will be an important link between dealers and the importer. With your background in the car industry and your understanding of the industry as a business, you will contribute to achieving defined targets of volume and market share. In this position, you will report to the General Manager Sales

We want you to:

• Be responsible for sales budgets for dealer groups and individual dealership performance.

• Advise the dealerships on their operations with a concentration on sales, distribution and marketing.

• Develop agreements with the dealers regarding sales targets and ensure compliance with all dealer criteria in collaboration with General Manager Sales.

• Prepare sales forecasts and action plans for dealerships in collaboration with the Senior Regional Manager.

• Ensure compliance with updated Hyundai dealer standards in accordance with the dealer contract as well as current sales and marketing policies.

• Ensure effective sales processes that support both sales and customer loyalty.

• Advise the dealerships in terms of acceptance, preparation and sales of used cars (Hyundai Promise).

• Report based on dealer visits, sales and customer satisfaction.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of economics.

• 3 years of relevant experience in the car industry.

• You build strong professional relationships and naturally inspire trust and collaboration through excellent communication.

• You thrive in a dynamic role and appreciate the opportunity to travel throughout Norway as part of your job.

• You have strong interpersonal skills, quickly grasps social dynamics, and respond appropriately in various situations
