HR Business Partner
The team, position & mission:
We’re looking for a P&C Business Partner to join us on our mission to build one of Norway’s best workplaces. As part of an ambitious and hands-on People & Culture team, you’ll help shape how we work and grow—supported by both our international P&C network and the wider organization. This is a one-year fixed-term position to cover a maternity leave.
As our new P&C Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our People & Culture operations—working closely with leaders and teams to shape a workplace where people thrive. Your days will be dynamic and varied, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on support. One moment you might be advising a manager on a complex HR topic, and the next, you’re leading a local initiative that brings our culture to life.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them navigate everything from organizational development and change management to compliance and labour law. You’ll play a key role in embedding our agile ways of working, ensuring that our people strategy aligns with business goals and that our culture remains a competitive advantage.
You’ll also take ownership of health and safety responsibilities, ensuring our workplace is not only inspiring but also safe and inclusive. Whether it’s supporting absence management, driving internal P&C branding, or contributing to the implementation of our new HR system, your work will directly impact how our people experience their everyday work life.
In short, you’ll be a connector, a problem-solver, and a culture champion—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help shape the future of work with us.
Your key areas of responsibility as HR Business Partner:
Responsible for P&C Operations in Norway (370 employees)
Serving as an advisor to all managers in Norway
Acting as a strategic partner
Handling complex HR topics including labor law, absence management, etc.
Driving local initiatives related to your areas of responsibility
Contributing to strategy and development work within P&C
Participating in change initiatives, such as the implementation of our new HR system
Acting as the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) responsible
As an ideal candidate you have:
Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of Norwegian labor law with the ability to translate regulations into practical solutions for leaders
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence others
Structured and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility for driving tasks forward
Collaborative team player who shares knowledge and supports common goals
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Norwegian and English
Experience from an international company is advantageous, but not required
What we offer you:
Hybrid ways of working with access to our modern & collaborative office in Oslo
We may work with tomorrow’s technology, but at our core we are a people-oriented organization and we are proud to have our Great Place to Work certification
An open and inclusive culture, that enables us to reach our full potential
