Assistant Department Manager – Ålesund

• Strong English communication skills; proficiency in German is a plus but not required

• Experience in customer service, sales, or tourism

• Inspires and collaborates effectively with team members in dynamic environments

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and on-call

• Good organizational and leadership skills

• Valid work permit in Norway

  Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be a vital part of our operations team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

• Assist the Department Manager with daily operations

• Support and supervise ticket sales and service staff

• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth logistics

• Train and guide new team members

• Report operational issues to central management
