We will continue our journey where we see strong growth coming from new markets and new categories. We are looking for a Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to further strengthen our team.

Supply Chain & Inventory Manager's main assignments are inventory management, logistics coordination, ERP operations, finance support, customs compliance, and returns handling across both B2B and D2C channels. This is a role with a high level of responsibility across multiple departments and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Logistics
  - Create and manage delivery plans for the third-party warehouse for each collection, in coordination with the Purchasing team.
  - Coordinate incoming shipment logistics between manufacturers and our warehouse.

• Outbound Logistics
  - Coordinate with the Sales team to support outbound shipments and manage goods distribution across stock locations in the ERP system.
  - Oversee distributor operations, including delivery planning, shipping updates, invoicing, and documentation

• Inventory Management
  - Monitor all inventory locations to ensure products are stored in the correct warehouse at all times.
  - Oversee product movements to and from resale platforms.
  - Manage stock transfers to Brand Stores, aiming to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability, thereby reducing excess stock and minimizing returns.
  - Oversee and coordinate returns for both D2C and B2B channels
  - Conduct annual (and sometimes quarterly) stock counts on December 31st.

• Warehouse Operations & Customs Compliance
  - Serve as the main point of contact for daily warehouse operations and ensure all required documentation is in place.
  - Responsible for some of the VAT and customs reporting

• Financial Coordination: Ensure accuracy between invoices, purchase orders and actual purchase prices.

• ERP & Product Registration: Create and maintain a complete seasonal product registry in the ERP system, including pricing

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant field with 3–6+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles.

• Proven experience managing inbound and outbound logistics, delivery planning, and coordination with third-party warehouses and suppliers.

• Skilled in inventory control across multiple stock locations, ensuring accuracy and optimal stock levels.

• Proficient in ERP systems (we are using Visma at Amundsen Sports)

• Strong cross-functional communication skills with ability to align logistics, sales, finance, and product teams.

• Analytical mindset with ability to design and improve scalable operational workflows and seasonal planning.

• Fluent in Norwegian and English
