Join our development team and be our new Project Manager

Øglænd System is expanding our development team and is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and drive interdisciplinary product development projects from concept to market success.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects – including marketing, development, supply, and quality – to ensure the successful delivery of innovative products and services. You will manage the full project lifecycle, set clear targets, and ensure alignment with our strategic goals for quality, time-to-market, and cost efficiency.

You will play a key role in coordinating internal resources, moderating workshops and meetings, documenting key milestones, and using state-of-the-art project management tools to ensure transparency and control across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new product development projects from definition through to market launch.

• Create and maintain project roadmaps including resource, time, and budget planning.

• Lead interdisciplinary teams in a matrix organization, aligning closely with line managers and department heads.

• Define and drive project objectives, track performance, and ensure steady, forward momentum throughout the project.

• Facilitate workshops, team meetings, and conflict resolution processes.

• Ensure professional documentation of decisions, milestones, and project learnings.

• Foster a project management culture through systematic method application and continuous skill development.

Your Profile

• Education: University degree in engineering/technology related field. Additional education in Project Management is a strong plus.

• Experience: Solid track record of managing complex projects in an international, interdisciplinary environment.

• Skills:
