AcryliCon Industrigulv Seeking Experienced Site Manager (BAS)

AcryliCon Industrigulv AS is looking for an structured and experienced Site Manager (BAS) to lead work teams of 1-10 people in the installation of our customized surface products. You will be responsible for planning, management and quality assurance of AC projects in Eastern Norway (from eastern Agder in the south to Dombås Innlandet in the north) – for industry, industry and the public sector.

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS

As Site Manager (BAS), you will have the overall responsibility on the construction site and work closely with the Project Manager and your team. The work involves:

• Planning and execution of projects

• Leading teams and ensuring good HSE practices

• Risk analysis and preparation of SJA

• Quality assurance and follow-up of technical requirements

• Documentation and reporting to the Project Manager

• Participation in the practical work

Acrylicon products are technically advanced and environmentally friendly. Our systems are laid with high precision and harden in just two hours – which requires focus, experience and efficient workflow.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who have/can/are:

• Experience as a BAS or Site Manager from a construction site

• Preferably a trade certificate as a painter, bricklayer or equivalent craft

• Experience with Acrylicon, acrylic-based systems or industrial flooring

•   Strong understanding of HSE, quality and efficient project execution

• Ability to delegate, motivate and develop your team

• Driver's license class B, plus with ADR

• Nice if you have a forklift driver's license, work at height and/or hot work

• Speak and write English and preferably Norwegian

• Is physically strong

• Result and solution-oriented

• Accurate, efficient solution-oriented

• Handles administrative and digital reporting, documentation and communication systems

• Live nearby to Sande Vestfold, area Holmestrand to Oslo
