This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment — someone who enjoys combining hands-on finance tasks with strategic thinking and wants to make a real impact across departments. You'll work closely with our CFO and take ownership of key processes that drive business performance, efficiency, and insight.

What you’ll do:

• own and continuously improve and automate the revenue management process. Including billing and analysis of SaaS subscriptions, consumption-based revenues, onboarding fees, receivables and order management
• refine and manage real-time reporting on key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, etc.), including trends and segmentation
• collaborate with the CFO, COO and CCO to strengthen data management, enabling data-driven decision-making and seamless order-to-cash processes
• support and sometimes drive needed process changes to collect necessary and relevant data to support more scalable ways of working and international expansion plans
• leverage technology to drive smarter workflows and dashboards for customer insights across platforms such as Hubspot, Vitally, Younium and Xledger. Ensure data integrity and effectively communicate findings and opportunities to support Marketing, Sales, Customer success, and Product teams.
• support the CFO in day-to-day finance operations and ad-hoc analysis when needed, including monthly reporting, budget tracking, forecasting, scenario analysis, cash flow management, AP process in Semine and monthly reporting.

Who you are:

• 2-5 years of experience in finance, operations, consulting, data analysis or business controlling
• experience from a SaaS, tech, or scale-up environment is preferred, but not required
• hands-on experience with financial reporting or data analysis tools or software
• strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• growth mindset—willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities as the company scales
• structured and comfortable taking initiative and ownership
• tech-savvy and curious – always looking for ways to optimize and automate
• excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and Norwegian (preferred)
