We're Hiring: Marketing Assistant (Temporary – Potential for Full-Time)

We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to support our growing team on the CRM and content side. This is a 12-month temporary position with the potential to become full-time.

This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their career, looking for their first or second job in marketing and eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.

ð What You’ll Do:

• Create compelling, on-brand content for our digital channels
• Support the planning and execution of our social media strategy
• Conduct market research and write posts, captions, and campaign copy that engage and convert
• Assist with light SEO optimisation and contribute to longer-form content, such as Customer Success Stories or Articles.
• Work on lead generation activities and customer communications using Hubspot.

• Have experience creating and managing content for social media platforms
• Understand the basics of SEO and how content can drive visibility and results
• Are proactive, curious, and enjoy testing, learning, and iterating
• Have used Hubspot before or have an understanding of how the platform can support marketing efforts.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with analytics dashboards (like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights etc.) before.

You’ll be working closely with a team of five, with input from other business units. We value initiative, creativity, and fresh perspectives, especially from people just starting their marketing careers.
