Metric.tech, one of our fastest-growing subsidiaries, has recently implemented Salesforce, and wants to expand it's use, efficiency, simplicity and more. This is where you come in! We’re ready to take it to the next level — expanding, systematizing, and potentially starting a broader rollout across the group.
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM and IT Manager who is passionate about making a CRM-system something the employees and management enjoy using.
About the Role:We already are operational within Salesforce, but we have so many things we want to improve, systemize, integrate with - to make it "the one true CRM" for both our Sales and Customer Success departments. This is where you as the expert, come in.
The primary focus of the role will be Salesforce — managing, developing, optimizing, and supporting the system and its users. In addition, you will have a secondary responsibility for overseeing the Group’s internal IT tools, such as Google Workspace, Slack, and others.
Key Responsibilities:Manage, structure, and further develop Salesforce as the CRM system for Metric.tech, with scalability in mind for other companies in the Group.
Develop and optimize processes for sales, customer service, and client follow-up within Salesforce.
Work closely with marketing, sales and customer service teams to understand needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
Lead rollout projects, customization efforts, and improvement initiatives related to Salesforce.
Ensure strong system documentation, training, and internal support related to Salesforce.
Manage internal IT tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and others.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce as an administrator – beyond end-user experience, with practical setup, structuring, and customization expertise.
Experience working across multiple companies or as a consultant is a strong advantage.
Ability to structure complex sales and service processes in an efficient and user-friendly way.
Interest and understanding of IT operations and tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
