We are currently seeking two professionals to join our team in Oslo, Lysaker 📍 

Package Lead: Act as the link between suppliers and OneSubsea, leading projects. 

Technical Lead: Focus on Subsea Umbilical cables and systems. 

You will be involved in project work, including reviewing technical documentation, document packages, and drawings. You will collaborate with end customers, contribute to the bidding process, and work on FEED for new projects. You’ll also ensure proper documentation maintenance and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. 

Our team 🤝 

Our team consists of four experienced professionals, working across departments in a highly multidisciplinary way. You'll collaborate with the Process, Power, and Project Management teams, as well as with Topside and Subsea Engineering, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project execution. 

Your Key Responsibilities 🎯 

• Define technical requirements for Subsea Power Umbilicals based on customer and OneSubsea specifications. 

• Review technical documentation from customers and manufacturers. 

• Participate in QA work, audits, and vendor evaluations. 

• Contribute to standardization and cost-saving initiatives. 

• Perform inspections and attend meetings with customers and suppliers. 

Who we are looking for 👀 

• MSc/BSc in Electrical, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or related fields. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or package leadership. 

• Expertise in designing and manufacturing Subsea Umbilicals. 

• Experience with technical documentation and analyses for dynamic, VIV, fatigue, electromagnetic, and thermal effects on Umbilicals. 

• Motivated, team-oriented, and solution-focused. 

• Positive attitude towards coworkers, customers, and suppliers. 

Bonus Skills ⭐ 

• Experience in electrical engineering or umbilical/cable installation. 

• Proficiency in Comsol Multiphysics, Orcaflex and AutoCAD 2D.
