Course Instructor with a Passion for Travel and Technical Expertise

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing senior professional to join Øglænd System as a Course Instructor in our Field Engineer team! As a leading provider of multidisciplinary support systems, cable ladders, and cable trays for industries such as oil and gas, shipbuilding, wind energy, and infrastructure, we offer you the opportunity to share your knowledge and experience by delivering courses while traveling extensively (up to 80%) across Norway to meet new people.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct high-quality courses on structural design and joining methods, focusing on our innovative solutions.

• Adapt training to various target groups with pedagogical finesse.

• Contribute your expertise to develop and enhance course content related to our products and services.

• Provide technical advice, occasionally perform 3D modelling and educate customers on Øglænd’s and Hilti product

Desired Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with structural design and joining methods.

• Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Polish is a significant advantage.

• Structured work approach and the ability to work independently.
