As a Product Designer at Spond, you’ll play a critical role in shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences across iOS, Android, and web platforms. You'll take ownership of designs from initial concepts to final implementation, using user insights and data to drive decisions. While this is a role with significant responsibility and leadership potential, we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience who show strong skills and motivation.

🛠 Your Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to UX/UI design across all of Spond’s platforms

• Ensure cohesive, user-friendly, and high-quality design solutions

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions

• Translate findings into actionable design improvements

• Develop prototypes and iterate quickly to test and validate ideas

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and deliver features

• Create design specifications and oversee implementation to align with business goals and user needs

• Design and optimize information architecture for usability and intuitive navigation

🎓 Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field – or equivalent practical experience

• Proven experience designing interactive solutions for iOS, Android, and web

• Strong portfolio showcasing both visual finesse and usability

• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and processes

• Understanding of technical implementation and collaboration with developers

• Experience planning and conducting user research, testing, and validation

• Fluency in Norwegian and English is required for this role
