Supply Chain Manager - Operations
Are you ready for your next challenge? We are looking for you who is enthusiastic to take on the role of Supply Chain Manager - Operations and lead a team of procurement professionals. This role is overall responsible for all procurement and supply chain activities during the operations of all our wind parks across the UK, Norway, and Sweden.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the procurement team to ensure cost-effective operations and align strategies with business goals
- Improve already implemented procurement processes, enhance supply chain practices, and manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance
- Oversee material handling, supplier contracts, and the execution of procurement plans to meet operational needs
- Monitor supplier performance, establish KPIs, and present procurement strategies and annual plans to management
Your Competences:
- Relevant higher education, i.e. at master level or equivalent
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience
- Documented leadership qualifications and experience
- Preferable with knowledge of the energy sector
- High standard of English communication
The right person has a strong commercial drive combined and is a passionate negotiator. The preferred candidate must demonstrate a high degree of independence as well as excellent cooperation and communication skills. We believe the job requires a structured, systematic, and hands-on approach.
