Transport coordinator

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Establish transport plan based upon our delivery plan
• Create shipment or sending based upon requests
• Outgoing and incoming transport
• Responsible for domestic transport
• Completion of shipping documents and order freight
• Make sure that necessary papers are made for transport
• Make contact between us and the customer to arrange the transportation
• Take personal responsibility for HSE

Qualifications and personal attributes:

• Minimum three years of experience as transport coordinator
• Good English and Norwegian skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge about SAP is recommended but not required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and focused on quality, cost and timely delivery
• Need to be positive and proactive
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
