Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for Global Recruitment
AutoStore is now looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global HR organization. We are recruiting talents across disciplines and locations at a rapid pace and are therefore in need of a dedicated recruiter to lead our sourcing and recruitment efforts. As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will gain knowledge from a highly technological business with a truly international perspective.
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage our resourcing and recruitment processes across various regions, particularly EMEA and APAC. Experience in North America (NAm) is a significant advantage. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Team Lead to support managers in meeting their recruitment needs. Your responsibilities will include effective sourcing and recruiting, ensuring we hire the right people to meet our needs and build a strong talent pool for the future.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on their respective recruitment needs
- Manage the recruitment process, and guide managers in their hiring decision through a competency based approach
- Support managers in interviews and manage the assessment process including psychometrics, aptitude tests and other relevant tools for candidate assessment
- Be responsible for sourcing and advising on the development of effective strategies across digital platforms to secure a high-quality talent pool
- Accountable for delivery against KPIs of quality, time, cost, sourcing mix and candidate/line manager experience
- Manage and actively engage with relevant stakeholders on decisions for sourcing, and soliciting 3rd party recruitment support as appropriate, globally.
- Take part in HR Business projects and development
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, leadership, organization, or a related field
- A few years of experience in sourcing and recruitment is required
- Proficient with digital tools used in recruitment such as ATS systems, LinkedIn, Social Media platforms
- Some experience with effective selection techniques and psychometric tools preferable
- Knowledge of designing and implementing recruitment campaigns and digital marketing is a beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken is required in this role.

The position is based in our Stavanger office or in Lysaker, Oslo, but we will also evaluate candidates with the right background for this role for our offices in Haugesund and Nedre Vats.
